We already described that Generating code using visual interface is a good factor for decision of a tool to generate code.
But thinking about details such as standardization, practicality and usability, we need more things.

Already imagined create Java code into a tool, Javascript in another, another in XML, HTML in another? It would be more complicated. There is no reason to separate functions that are performed by the same person in the same time. This makes the integration of an IDE useful, and because of this that the best is a tool to generate code also part of IDE.

The SPIDER is integrated with the Eclipse IDE.
