In this file it is possible to configure all the technologies and layouts that they go to be available in template.
For detailing, it it is the representation in XML of the class org.j2eespider.ide.data.domain.Template.
Then it possesss elements for all the attributes of this class.

It defines the structure of template.
We can see in the left some elements, and in the right the value for these elements.
Beyond the name, description, we have elements as <techMVC>, that it possess a list of < string> with the name of all the technologies (in this case of MVC), that they are available in this template.
This file, is responsible for supplying the fields of the visual interface of the SPIDER.
If to declare in it that a technology XYZ exists, it will go to appear in the interface of the SPIDER to be selected.
